Why can't I find my Vocal number in Claude or ChatGPT?
Use the full phone number with country code, like +14155550100. If your workspace has multiple numbers, include the agent or line name in the prompt.
Is our call and text data sent to train AI models?
No. The assistant receives the specific data needed for the task you request. Keep approval on for actions like sending messages or changing contact fields.
How is this different from a manual export?
Exports give you raw records. The service layer lets your assistant answer a question, draft follow-up, update contact fields, and reason across conversations in one flow.
Do I need coding knowledge to set this up?
